Notary News!!!!

In North Carolina, notarizing a document requires a Notary Public to be present. The Notary must have a valid commission and a notary seal. The signer must appear before the Notary and present a valid form of identification, such as a driver's license, passport, or state-issued ID card. The signer must also acknowledge before the Notary that they are signing the document voluntarily and of their own free will.
